Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry

Ellen Jorgensen Dahl took many meals to families in need, including those recovering from child birth and other sicknesses. There's nothing like a home cooked meal, especially when a friend or loved one has spent time preparing it for you.

Teriyaki chicken stir-fry is an easy comfort food that everyone loves. This simple sauce mixed with sauteed vegetables served over rice is a family favorite.
