Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups ground oatmeal
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup peanut butter (chunky)
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, ground oatmeal, confectioner's sugar, and 1 cup chunky peanut butter. Stir until well blended. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
Combine the chocolate chips with 4 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until mixture is smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
